Custom Home Builder Surrey Hills
We understand the homes here, the planning requirements that come with them and the standard Surrey Hills homeowners expect.
Why Surrey Hills
Tree-lined streets, a strong village atmosphere centred around the Surrey Hills shopping strip, excellent schools including Surrey Hills Primary and Chatham Primary, and reliable CBD access via train. Surrey Hills offers a genuine neighbourhood feel within easy reach of the city. It’s the kind of suburb where people move once and stay.
Building & Renovating in Surrey Hills
Surrey Hills features a broad mix of period homes including Californian Bungalows, interwar residences and Victorian and Edwardian homes, many on well-sized allotments across Whitehorse and Boroondara Council areas. Heritage overlays apply to a number of the suburb’s significant properties, and renovating here requires an understanding of which council’s requirements apply and how to navigate them efficiently.
HF Constructions has delivered projects across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, including neighbouring Camberwell and Balwyn. We would bring cross-council planning knowledge, heritage expertise and the same construction quality to every project we undertake in Surrey Hills.
