Custom Home Builder Kew
We understand the homes here, the planning requirements that come with them and the standard Kew homeowners expect.
Why Kew
Sweeping tree-lined boulevards, proximity to the Yarra River parklands, and highly regarded schools including Xavier College, Trinity Grammar and Kew High School. Kew is one of Melbourne’s most established and architecturally significant suburbs. Homeowners here invest in their properties for the long term and expect a builder who meets that standard.
Building & Renovating in Kew
Kew’s housing stock spans grand Victorian and Edwardian residences, Californian Bungalows and substantial interwar homes, many on generous allotments and many within Boroondara Council heritage overlay areas. The planning requirements in Kew are specific and the homes are architecturally complex. Renovating here requires a builder who genuinely understands period construction and knows how to navigate council process efficiently.
HF Constructions has delivered projects across Melbourne’s inner east, including neighbouring Hawthorn and Camberwell. We would bring the same heritage expertise, local planning knowledge and construction quality to every project we undertake in Kew.
