Whether it is a complete design and build project, a renovation or extension, or us reviewing your existing architectural plans, our ability to listen, collaborate and professionally refine your initial scope will set the bar for success.
CAREFULLY CONSIDERED COST PROPOSAL
At HF Constructions, we are fuelled by achieving supreme quality outcomes without overblowing your budget. We will present you with a comprehensive proposal for your perusal. HF Constructions will value manage the design, procurement, and construction to maximise your budget without compromising the attention to detail at any stage.
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT REFINEMENT
Working collaboratively with clients, we further personalise and refine your detailed design. As the vision matures, we will maximise your budget by leveraging our excellent relationships with suppliers and trades. The outcome of this step includes detailed specifications covering expert trades, costs, design, plans and a comprehensive fixtures schedule. Relevant council documentation and paperwork is also taken care of at this stage. The success of the project relies on precise plans, which is why an incredible amount of attention to detail is put into all aspects of this critical stage. Once all is perfected here, we move confidently into stage 4.
CONSTRUCTION
Paying full respect to our clients, to the design and to the building process, you can expect a seamless construction of your long-awaited architectural dream. HF Constructions implements learned commercial style quality and safety systems into your domestic construction to achieve a premium standard. We will provide regular reports and invite you along for inspections throughout the construction stage. Strictly adherence to our comprehensive plans and schedule is maintained and we always seek prior approval from our clients if changes are required. Our handpicked sub-contractors are trained to reflect our same core values, so every person working on your project will be respectful, efficient and professional.
