A skilled craftsman with extreme focus, Warrick is an accredited Master Builder with more than 21 years of experience on the tools. Warm and approachable, with a creative eye and specialist building knowledge, Warrick is the Construction Operations Manager at HF Constructions, and indeed the kind of expert you want on your project.
Proficient in merging innovative design with feasible construction with a portfolio of project achievements and successful collaborations under his belt. Warrick credits his early mentors in high-end residential construction for giving him invaluable insight into leading a united team. Building a good rapport with every person involved in the project is key for Warrick.
An asset to any project, Lucas provides a tremendous wealth of skills in cost planning and estimating, operations and construction management. With a double degree majoring in econometrics, Project Manager Lucas integrates his modelling and forecasting talents in every architectural design and construction to give his clients a true advantage.
His early experience managing large-scale projects in steel manufacturing and mining, for companies such as BHP, equipped Lucas with a commercial mindset. This knowledge, which is often missing in domestic high-end constructions projects, is beneficial to ensuring deadlines and budgets are met the first time around.
With supreme cost planning aptitude as well as an eye for aesthetic design, Lucas plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact and coordinator in every HF Constructions project.
