Custom Home Builder Canterbury
We understand the homes here, the planning requirements that come with them and the standard Canterbury homeowners expect.
Why Canterbury
Quiet residential streets, some of Melbourne’s most substantial family homes and a strong sense of established community. Canterbury sits at the heart of Melbourne’s inner east, with easy access to Mailing Road’s boutique shopping and cafes, excellent schools including Strathcona Baptist Girls Grammar and Canterbury Girls Secondary College, and convenient CBD connections. It’s a suburb where the quality of a home genuinely matters.
Building & Renovating in Canterbury
Canterbury is known for its large Victorian and Edwardian homes, grand interwar residences and substantial Californian Bungalows, many sitting within Boroondara Council heritage overlay areas. These are significant properties that reward a builder with genuine experience in period construction and a thorough understanding of local planning requirements.
HF Constructions has delivered projects across Melbourne’s inner east, including neighbouring Camberwell and Hawthorn East. We would bring the same heritage expertise, Boroondara planning knowledge and construction quality to every project we undertake in Canterbury.
