Custom Home Builder Hawthorn
We understand the homes here, the planning requirements that come with them and the standard Hawthorn homeowners expect.
Why Hawthorn
Leafy streets, 5km from the CBD, Glenferrie Road on the doorstep and some of Melbourne’s most respected schools including Xavier College, Scotch College and Carey Baptist Grammar. It’s a suburb people choose once and stay in for life. When the home no longer suits the family, most don’t want to leave. They want to build better where they already are.
Building & Renovating in Hawthorn
Hawthorn’s Victorian and Edwardian homes, Californian Bungalows and interwar residences are among the most architecturally significant in Melbourne’s inner east, many sitting within Boroondara Council heritage overlay areas. Renovating here requires a builder who understands period construction, knows how to navigate the planning process efficiently and has the craftsmanship to introduce contemporary spaces without losing what made the home worth keeping.
HF Constructions has delivered projects in Hawthorn. We know the suburb, we know the homes and we manage the planning and construction process on your behalf.
