“HF Constructions have always exhibited skill, cooperation and integrity in their dealings with NOWarchitecture and our Clients. Our working relationship has always been professional. We have had the pleasure of working with directors Warrick Holt and Lucas O’Leary who have impressive building industry experience and seamlessly coordinate their construction programmes to produce excellent results.
We appreciate their positive team approach achieving timely, cost effective, quality construction for our clients. We thank them for the projects that they have successfully completed to date and wish them ongoing success based on their business approach of constructing with care and integrity. “
“I have been working in residential interior design for over 10 years and very quickly learnt that it is the team involved in each project that determines its ultimate success, the want to work together to create the best result with and for the client. From the outset of a project whether it be a renovation or a new build, HF Constructions are consistent at excelling at pulling this integral team together, at working with designers, trades, authorities and most importantly the client to deliver a truly exceptional finish and delivery.
I am always thrilled to be asked to work with HF, their attention to detail and want at every turn to create and achieve what is best for the client in what are often changing circumstances is truly exceptional. Working with HF is a joy at every stage and knowing that in the end we are leaving the client a beautifully crafted home that they can be proud of for years to come is priceless.”
“I worked closely with the team at HFC on a project that required a thoughtful and considered approach to managing a detailed renovation of a period home. The team at HFC demonstrated the highest professional standards and attention to detail. They understood the difficulties of the project and were able to clearly communicate and anticipate any issues thereby engendering trust with both myself and my clients.
They respected the design that had been created and met the expectations of the brief. They offered advice and showed initiative in the hope of providing the best and most cost effective outcome without diminishing any quality. I sincerely hope to work with the team at HFC again.”
I am an Interior Designer with over ten years’ experience managing client expectations and creating beautiful spaces. Time and time again HF Constructions ensure that my clients are delighted with the process and outcome of their build or renovation project. HF are great to work with, they provide access to next level Bespoke solutions for clients in a manner that is approachable, reliable and enjoyable.
“HF Constructions completed our residential home in Hawthorn East and were very professional in their approach. Communication was faultless from the finer detail to the bigger picture which was comforting being new to the renovation process. The budget was always considered and the execution was seamless, despite the challenges of building during the pandemic. A big shout out to Lucas, Warwick, Lachie and Jayden. They are professional young guys, who know exactly what they are doing and how to go about it. Lucas and Warwick were fantastic with their practical design suggestions and every detail was thought through. We would (and have) highly recommended them to anyone.
The staff will become part of your family as their level of care to build your home is second to none. Thank you, HF Constructions, we are just so thrilled with our beautiful new home.”
“We renovated the kitchen and living room in our Edwardian house. The final result has been beyond our expectations, and the work by all HF’s subcontractors was of a very high standard. HF project management was accessible throughout the project. If there were variations, we were given clear reasons and a budget. They were willing to listen to suggestions and address concerns. The builder was courteous and he and his team arrived promptly each day.
They were polite, personable and honest. HF was meticulous in checking the works and organising a thorough clean at the end. We’d have no hesitation in recommending HF. Renovations can be very stressful, but HF made it much easier. Their great sense of humour really helped!”
“This was my first experience with renovating, so I was naturally worried about the process. Warrick and Lucas were recommended to me and I’m very relieved that I took that advice. I immediately felt comfortable discussing my ideas and was constantly given expert advice from the start right through until even after completion. I was on a tight budget and they were very accommodating to this element. Nothing was completed without my signature on an alteration which was very important to me, so that there wasn’t a nasty surprise at the end. But most of all, the final product absolutely exceeded what I dreamed was possible in a small Richmond cottage.
I absolutely LOVE coming home to my house and simply living in it – everyday. I would highly recommend HF Constructions to anyone that listens – they will definitely be involved in any future plans that I might have.”
